Roberta Flanagan has been a real estate agent since 1960 and became one of the the first female independent brokers in 1964. Roberta Flanagan Realtor, Inc. has 2 generations of real estate experience. Kay Flanagan-Spinelli has been an agent since 1971 and obtained her broker license in 1975. Peggy Flanagan-Priest has been an agent since 1977, and her husband, Terry Priest, joined her in the business in 2005. Dan Flanagan has been an agent since 1969 and manages our Chowchilla office. Carrie Brown joined our office in 2012 after receiving her real estate license. All of these agents have worked at Flanagan Real Estate since they entered the Estate business!

Roberta has been a real estate agent for over 50 years. She loves this business and her clients. She was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Merced Board of Realtors in 1999. She is an accredited Farm and Land Broker. She is a member of both the Merced and Madera Board of Realtors. Roberta and her husband Tom have proudly raised 6 children together. Dan, Kay and Peggy have followed Roberta into the family real estate business, while 2 other siblings are airline pilots and one has chosen a career in public relations. Kay has been a licensed agent since 1971, a licensed broker since 1975, and earned her GRI degree in 1978. Kay has earned many professional honors, including Realtor of the Year in 1983, State President of the California Chapter of Farm and Land Institute in 1984 and President of the Merced County Association of Realtors in 1998. Kay and her husband, Steve Spinelli, have 3 sons, Matthew, Clintton and Brett. Peggy has been a full time Realtor for over 30 years. She has served as the Co-Chair of the Merced County Board of Realtors Canned Food Drive for the last 15 years. Peggy has been on the grievance committee for the Merced Board of Realtors and Co-Chair of the Public Relations Committee. She has been an active member of the Merced Horseman’s Association and the Merced County Sheriff Department Search and Rescue, and also served as Director in the Merced College Foundation. Peggy also was awarded the 1998 Realtor of the Year, and was the 2002 recipient of the Jess Fess Memorial Award for Professionalism, Service and Congeniality. Dan has been a Realtor since 1969, and now manages the Chowchilla office of Roberta Flanagan Realtor, Inc. Dan is active in both the Merced and Madera Board of Realtors, Chowchilla Chamber of Commerce, and he is on the board of Directors for the Chowchiila Health Care District. Dan enjoys long rides on his motorcycle and is a vintage car enthusiast. Dan and his wife Jacki keep themselves busy with their almond orchard and with community involvement.
